I could not send this via the contact form, because ReCaptcha is disabled.
The 2.1 version of RiteCMS calls the ReCaptcha API when it is disabled, i.e. recaptcha_mail_check is 0.
My quick solution is to insert a statement that checks for recaptcha_mail_check, and if it is 1, includes the recaptcha lib and does the message check.
I've only tested this with mailer forms, but it should work for other checks as well.
Hope this, or something similar will be implemented in the near future for those who would not like to use ReCaptcha.
